Samantha Garchik

Samantha has deep roots within the Homestead Community.  She is an Alum of the Homestead School along with her brother and other members of her family.   Samantha moved with her husband and two children back to the area from the New York City so they could attend the school just as she and her brother did.  During the height of Covid in 2021, Samantha joined the Homestead faculty as a substitute teacher.  She then came on as a permanent Teaching Assistant in 2022 in the Early Childhood Program.  Samantha holds a BA in Computer Graphics Design from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago IL, and an AAS in Display and Exhibit Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology NYC.  She loves the outdoors, music, theater, the arts, and traveling.
