Ethan Martowitcz

Ethan joined the Homestead team in 2023 and is involved with coordinating the agricultural aspects of the Big Field and involving the children in the learning experiences agriculture has to offer. Ethan has apprenticed at Kittatinny Mountain Farm, a local organic vegetable farm along with other vegetable operations. One of which being Genesis Farm in Blairstown, NJ which has one of the longest running CSA’s in the country. He also has experience managing mixed homesteads and has worked closely with local pastured meat producers in the area. Ethan has experience in organic vegetable production, managing farmers market stands, CSA pick ups and various other aspects associated with the workings of local agriculture. In addition to his agricultural knowledge he is also an experienced carpenter and tradesperson. Ethan is a Pike County native who enjoys spending time on the Delaware River in the summer, practicing martial arts, exploring state forest and tapping maple trees.
