April Dever

April Dever has spent the past 16 years as a passionate and dedicated Montessori educator, working with children from ages two through middle school. She holds a BFA in dance from Rutgers University and received her AMS credential from the Princeton Center for Teacher Education. Her teaching philosophy is strongly rooted in forming a loving, respectful relationship with each child and providing thoughtful support for their unique gifts and challenges. She and her family recently moved to the Hudson Valley from Jersey City and love to spend time camping, hiking, and generally getting their boots as muddy as possible.
