The Wood Burning Oven Food Truck will visit the Glen Spey campus.

The Wood Burning Oven is dedicated to introducing one of the most traditional meals in Alsace : La tarte flambée, which is a paper thin flatbread topped with crème fraiche, lardons and onions. We will also be offering home made spätzle (hand cut egg noodles), called Alsatian mac and cheese (reference to the traditional American mac and cheese).
