Suzanna Bray
Suzanna grew up in the greater Boston area and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Clark University in Worcester, MA, after which she spent a few years in Colorado, hiking, white-water rafting and generally being outside as much as possible.
Suzanna returned to the Boston area and spent the next 20 years in administrative roles in educational institutions including the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Harvard University, focusing on admissions, operations, fund-raising, and event planning.
Suzanna describes joining the Homestead School as “coming home.” Supporting educators is the most worthwhile and fulfilling use of her experience and skills, and the Homestead School reminds her of the values she learned in school as a child – respect, kindness, and humility.
Suzanna recently relocated to Narrowsburg, NY, where she is, once again, outside as much as possible and fixing up an old house – slowly but surely.
