
Lindsay Ring
Lindsay Ring grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and then completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Southern California in communication and occupational therapy, respectively. During her undergraduate studies she competed on the USC Track and Field team and has always had a passion for sports and wellness which carried into her post-professional studies. While pursuing a masters in occupational therapy, Lindsay emphasized wellness and interned at the USC Lifestyle Redesign clinic on their health sciences campus. Since graduating in 2010, Lindsay has pursued many areas of wellness-related professions including teaching meditation at the Kadampa World Peace Temple in Glen Spey, NY and in the Tri-State area for over 8 years including in-services and wellness clinics for businesses in the Sullivan County area. In addition to her passion for wellness, Lindsay also spent a year as an in-house occupational therapist at a school for children with severe learning delays and has a passion for helping children make progress in their occupation of school-based skills including gross motor, fine motor, visual perceptual skills and self-regulation and is excited to use her experience to enhance the learning environment for children at the Homestead School.
